ProCom Principals
The Principals of ProCom are Mike Walker and Michelle Hutchens. Mr. Walker and Ms. Hutchens bring to ProCom a unique blend of work and business experience combined with practical, experienced writing skills. Both are professional writers accustomed to working under deadlines. They realize that effective communication with the customer is the key to preparing an effective proposal in a timely manner.

Mr. Walker is a geophysicist/ biologist who spent many years employed by the exploration departments of domestic oil companies. He has worked as a Customer Service Manager for a software company and has owned and operated several small service businesses, including janitorial services and building maintenance. Prior to working as a freelance writer/editor and photographer, he wrote for a small newspaper.

Strong administrative and Government contracting backgroundExperienced writer/editor, and business owner
Has worked with ITT, Northrop Worldwide Aircraft Services, Inc. (NWASI), and several real estate and independent contractors
Participated in mobilization and demobilization efforts during Desert Shield/ Desert Storm at a Directorate of Logistics Project

Ms. Hutchens earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a focus on Business Communications. She has worked with ITT Federal Services, Northrop Worldwide Aircraft Services, Inc., and several real estate and independent contractors. Her experience includes rental property management, office management and administrative services, Government project performance and administration, and invoicing and accounts receivable.

We are familiar with the requirements of these volumes and do advise our clients on their preparation, when necessary, but do not include these volumes in our proposal efforts.
